We know you're excited to receive your Ocean The Label pieces as quickly as possible, which is why we ship out during business days from our studio in Sydney, Australia.

Ocean The Label ships all over the world!

Shipping costs are subject to your location and will be added at checkout.

After your order has been placed, your shipment will be dispatched within 48 hours. Please note, we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch. During peak times such as promotional sales, public holidays and celebratory periods please allow 2-5 business days to receive your shipping confirmation email. We offer tracked shipping world wide.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your parcel has been collected by Australia Post. Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Ocean The Label does not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. 

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country in which you live or your item is being delivered. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Ocean The Label is not liable for these costs. 

If a delivery attempt has been made and the item was not collected and has been returned to us, you will be required to pay the re-delivery fee and the duty tax for re-importing the items purchased.

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged in transit?

Once your parcel has left our studio and handed over to Australia Post we are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within the expected delivery time, we will do our best to track and find your parcel for you.
